Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms vary by season to reflect availability and demand.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent while protecting availability during our most in-demand periods.

Peak Season Cancellation Policy

(July 1 through Labour Day weekend)

Peak summer dates are typically booked far in advance and are difficult to rebook at the last minute. For this reason, the following terms apply:

60+ days before arrival: Full refund

  • 30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: Non-refundable

If the cancelled dates are successfully rebooked, we’re happy to refund the rebooked nights.

Off Season Cancellation Policy

(May, June, post–Labour Day September & October)

For our spring and fall seasons, we offer more flexibility while still protecting last-minute availability:

  • 14+ days before arrival: Full refund
  • 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: Non-refundable

If the cancelled dates are successfully rebooked, we’re happy to refund the rebooked nights.

Additional Cancellation Terms

  • 24-Hour Grace Period:
A free 24-hour cancellation period applies to all bookings made more than 7 days before arrival, provided the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking. Refunds during this window are issued less any non-refundable processing or payment fees.
  • Bookings Made Within 7 Days of Arrival:
Reservations made within 7 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
  • Refunds apply to accommodation charges only.
  • Any applicable processing or payment fees may be non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind, especially for peak season bookings.
